Growing up making sweets with her European family instilled in her a commitment to quality, never cutting corners or compromising on excellence. Melissa has trained with some of the world’s best chocolatiers, pouring her heart and soul into every detail to create beautiful, joyful treats. All products are made in her AHS-inspected commercial kitchen at home, adhering to strict food safety practices and holding a CFIA licence for shipping across Canada.
