Using couverture chocolate made with Rainforest Alliance Certified™ sustainable and fair trade cocoa and cocoa butter, we focus on confectionery—creating delicious treats from this high-quality chocolate. We work with a chocolatier to produce our unique couverture according to our proprietary recipes. Our team of chocolatiers handcrafts over 80 recipes, using simple ingredients like real cream and butter, organic cane sugar, cherries, orange peels, ginger, and no artificial preservatives.
