Located in Lethbridge County, Alberta, Crystal Springs Cheese, owned by the Beyer family, began in 2005, fulfilling Evert and Jannie’s dream of a dairy manufacturing facility. Evert, alongside sons Jacco, Harvey, and Theo, manages the cheese production and dairy farm. They specialize in Feta and Gouda, expanding their customer base and refining their cheese-making art. The facility has grown from 7,000 to 14,000 square feet, adding a yogurt vat and a retail space with viewing windows into the factory. Their commitment to quality, Alberta-made dairy products is a testament to their passion and dedication.
