Originally from Tanzania, East Africa, whose cuisine influenced the creation of the one-of-a-kind dishes. Serenna’sTM, named after a beloved family member, is the brand name under which we produce Gourmet Ethnic East Indian and East African style speciality cuisine. The items are handcrafted to exacting standards utilising only the finest and freshest local ingredients. The company has combined a traditional “hand made” technique with a modern process that we believe improves product quality and extends shelf life without the use of artificial preservatives.
