As Canada’s only coffee company sourcing 100% of its beans from women-led farms in Colombia’s Huila region, we showcase the passion of 53 remarkable women from the ASPROTIMANA cooperative. These skilled farmers cultivate shade-grown Arabica alongside other crops, operating their own micro-mills. Our collaboration ensures fair wages that contribute to local schools and clinics. At our Calgary roastery, we craft exceptional small-batch coffee, meticulously adjusting roasting times and temperatures to reveal the beans’ natural flavours like silky caramel and rich chocolate.
