Located in Bentley, Alberta, West Country Mills is a family-owned and operated business founded by Mike and Juanita, who have been grain farming together since the turn of the century while raising their family. Their dream has always been to further process the crops they grow, and in August 2020, this dream became a reality when they began milling their own wheat into stone-ground flour. Other products include sour dough starter, wheat berries, pancake mix, muffin mix, rye flour and other type flours.
