Anita’s Organic Mill process, like baking, is traditional. Our grains are milled right here in Chilliwack, BC, and we work directly with Canadian farmers. We keep the whole grain nutrition intact by keeping temperatures low and taking our time. Whole grain nutrition comes from whole grain ingredients. Our 34,000 sq. ft. SQF Certified Milling and Mixing facility is located in scenic Chilliwack, BC, with views of the majestic Cheam mountain range. Our retail and bulk packaging facilities, a distinct and dedicated gluten-free area, and an on-site bakery that acts as a test-kitchen for education and development are all housed in the new structure.
