Comox Valley Mushrooms is a family-owned and operated business in Comox Valley, British Columbia, Canada, that specialises in gourmet mushrooms. Our mission is to create the highest quality gourmet and medicinal mushrooms possible. We are always striving to improve and innovate. We have developed more than 20 varieties of mushrooms in our first year of active production. We abandoned some of them owing to a lack of interest from our clients, while others proved to be exceedingly difficult to grow or simply did not fit into our core production patterns, necessitating more investment. Nonetheless, we will keep trying! This is what motivates and excites us!
