Our huge Fraser River sturgeon are farmed in clean, cold, fresh mountain water in land-based aquaculture systems.

Northern Divine‘s caviar-meister has over 25 years of experience working with various varieties of roe. The eggs are meticulously retrieved from each fish with expert accuracy, then mildly salted and put in caviar tins. Each caviar tin is marked for traceability and the roe is never mingled. This one-of-a-kind job necessitates the delicacy and grace of a jeweller, as well as the precision and quality assurance of a vintner.
