Salt Spring Island Cheese, British Columbia - Cheese made in Candad

Salt Spring Island‘s first cheese was launched in 1996, the result of our founder David Wood’s six years of trial and error on the farm and in the kitchen. Our cheeses were all handcrafted back then, as they are now, utilising traditional processes and only natural ingredients. Our cheese is made out of only a few ingredients: 100 percent pure goat milk, sea salt, dairy culture, and rennet. The outstanding taste is due to the high quality of those ingredients.
Our cheese is created on Salt Spring Island, and we are still a family-owned and run business with a team dedicated to excellence. We take pride in delivering exceptional flavour in attractive packaging, and we ensure that each cheese is treated with care and attention.
