Vancouver Island’s pristine shorelines provide the ideal “merroir” for producing world-class sea salt. We put forth a lot of effort to produce our Vancouver Island Sea Salt, but there’s no denying that the most unique aspect of it is where it originates from. Our salt harvestry situated halfway between the thriving shellfish coast of Comox and the ‘Salmon Capital of the World,’ Campbell River, on a gorgeous 400-acre farm with over 2 kilometres of unspoilt ocean frontage on Oyster Bay. Glacier-fed rivers surround the area, which is surrounded by old growth forests. This gives our salt a distinct mineral blend while also keeping our water source clean and unpolluted.
