Venturi Schulze offers 100 percent organically and sustainably cultivated estate wines, ancient technique balsamic vinegar, and verjus that are worth their weight in gold to your body and soul! Our family’s original farmhouse, built in 1893, was expanded and refurbished in 1993 to fit our then-large family and small tasting room. In the summer of 2011, we opened a new tasting room in a restored outbuilding. J.C Scott designed it, and it showcases the skills of Cowichan Valley craftspeople who used local timbers.
