The fourth-generation family farm grows dark russet potatoes in the Saint John River Valley and manufactures snack products for retail and food service markets. The company launched the Covered Bridge brand in 2009 and has since expanded its product portfolio for distribution across Canada and internationally. Brands include; Covered Bridge, Lela’s.
