JACOBEAN Craft Chocolate began with a fascination for the bean-to-bar movement. After exploring countless handcrafted chocolates, our taste for industrial chocolate diminished, and our passion for bean-to-bar flavors grew. Eventually, opening our own studio became the obvious choice. Starting with small batches, we gradually increased production and sourced more origin cacao beans. In 2018, we opened our cozy studio, allowing us to further refine our handcrafted chocolate and attention to detail. We’re thrilled to bring bean-to-bar chocolate to Newfoundland and Labrador, excited to be the first.
