A journey that has been in the works for more than ten years, starting with off-the-grid Earthship home building and study in New Mexico and the Iroquois 6 Nations Reserve, permaculture farm work trades in California, Mexico, Guatemala, and Costa Rica, regenerative farming communities in Portugal and Spain, and a rammed-earth schoolhouse in Nepal, Erich Burton has developed a skill set and a vision for what he wants to create here in Gaspereau as 2 Beans or not 2 Beans Farm as a result of his extensive international volunteer work on grassroots initiatives.
