The Annapolis Cider Company was established in 2016 with the objective of producing ciders that are true representations of the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia. We are a family-owned and operated business that has evolved to become one of Canada’s most popular premium cider brands. We were able to do so by collaborating with local fruit growers to source the highest-quality fruit available in the Annapolis Valley. We adhere to a low intervention philosophy and use extended, cool fermentations of unique cider and historical apple varietals. We welcome approximately 50,000 people each year to our Wolfville cidery, where we provide tastings and cellar tours. Our wide range of ciders may be found online and in select retailers across Canada.
