Appleton Chocolates, nestled in the heart of Nova Scotia’s maple and wild blueberry haven, Alan and Merle’s chocolate-making adventure began in a quaint one-bedroom cabin. Their 1997 endeavor to blend these local treasures resulted in a collection of 13 extraordinary, non-traditional truffles, still made with their original recipe.
