Bar M Ranch, Nova Scotia - Farm Produce Made in Canada

We maintain a healthy work-life balance by working on our family’s farm, the Bar M Ranch. The farm house was erected circa 1845 on a 6th generation cow farm near New Ross, Nova Scotia. We host events under our pavilion, grow a huge vegetable garden to sell food, and raise grass-fed angus cattle and poultry for meat and eggs., along with producing maple syrup, grow blueberries, preserve, pickle, ferment, and forage. We also harvest, prepare, and distribute firewood. And we sell Christmas trees and handcrafted wreaths.
Our goal is to live a healthy, sustainable existence by utilising traditional farming methods. At the same time new work life methods like telecommuting is being used to keep connected.
