In the summer of 1961, my parents Harry and Edith Ansems bought the farm. In the summer of 1985, my parents planted strawberries on the land, which had previously been mostly a tobacco farm. In 1998, I bought the land from my parents and it i snow called Bob Ansem’s U-Pick. Strawberries and sweet corn are my main crops.
