Brulerie de Vieux Moulin, Nova Scotia - Canadian Coffee Manufacturers

Freshly roasted specialty coffee from Southwest Nova Scotia’s Acadian region. Located in Clare, Le Vieux Moulin was a steam-powered grist mill that ran from 1912 until 1929, overlooking Saint Mary’s Bay in the Acadian Municipality of Clare in Southwest Nova Scotia. As a farmers’ cooperative, St. Mary’s Bay Flour Mill gave finished agricultural crops on the French Acadian Shore access to local markets and jobs. Today, join us at Brulerie de Vieux Moulin as we journey to pursue our goals of not only restoring this magnificent historical structure but also starting Clare’s first coffee roastery.
