Corberrie Cider Company, Nova Scotia - Canadian Cider Manufacturing

Our 5 acre orchard at the Corberrie Cider Company was started in the middle of the 1980s. We had no experience with apple farming when we bought it. We restored it to its former beauty with the aid of an orchard expert after it had been neglected for a number of years. Then we started making cider out of the apples we had grown. Our sparkling cider is distinct, crisp, and delicious thanks to the Corberrie terroir. There are 18 different apple kinds that we grow. Hand-selected, pressed into juice, and then crushed apples are used. We then do on-site small-batch fermentation to turn it into cider. Our great blend results in crisp, delicious, and refreshing cider.
