In 2004, our family-run company opened Dee Dee’s Ice Cream shop in Peggy’s Cove. Our Halifax café first welcomed customers in 2010. We make an effort to keep in mind the interdependence of all species and our status as visitors on the planet we call home. The most significant factors influencing our decision-making are those connected to environmental and community health. We voluntarily participate in the challenging discussions about social equality, environmental sustainability, and the effects of our business actions on our local community and ultimately the entire planet.
