
Situated in Annapolis Valley, Elmridge Farm is a third generation family farm. owned and run by Greg and Suzanne Gerrits, along with their two kids, James and Gillian, and a committed group of foreign and local agricultural laborers.
They raise a wide range of produce for the fresh market, such as potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, celeriac, parsnips, leeks, squash tomatoes, spinach, kale, radish, and garlic. Additionally, they produce a variety of goods with additional value, such as frozen fruit, popcorn, catnip, cider, dog treats, preserves, and pesto.
Most of their products are cultivated without the use of pesticides and are marked as such. Pesticide-free denotes that the product was cultivated utilizing natural biological controls and appropriate management without the use of conventional pesticides.
