Small batches of BBQ and culinary sauces, rubs, mustards, vinaigrettes, spicy sauces, sauerkraut, and a wicked hot pepper jelly are all manufactured locally by Flameworks Food Company Inc. The product’s ingredients are all natural, free of MSG, gluten, artificial coloring, artificial flavoring, and preservatives. NO WEIRD STUFF is our slogan. When in season, fresh local veggies such as cabbage, hot peppers, wild blueberries, maple syrup, honey, and craft beer are used to make the majority of our items.
We collaborated with Nine Locks Brewery to use their beer products to make small quantities of mustards, hot pepper jelly, and barbecue sauces. They provide us with malted barley to use in our rubs. These goods contain no additives or preservatives at all.
