Every beef that you’ll find at Forest Hill Farm is either raised on our property or procured from nearby farmers. Our provincially inspected abbatoir processes all red meat. (Chebogue Livestock Farm) We grow our hens outdoors, allowing them to live as naturally as possible, which is one of the many advantages of being Certified Free Range. Additionally, a plant that is inspected by the province processes them. Certain products and cuts will be available in different numbers in order to guarantee truly locally raised meats. That will rely on variables such as demand, quantity produced, and season.
