The Domaine de Grand Pré winery is a family-run business that was founded on a love and passion for Nova Scotia and superb wine and cuisine. Owner and father Hanspeter Stutz first took a risk in 1994, believing that something extraordinary could be created to advance the Nova Scotia wine industry. Building a future for his family while developing a destination of the highest calibre was his goal. We broaden and deepen the range of wines produced in Nova Scotia through the cultivation of grapes and the production of wine. We are devoted to producing wine that reflects the Annapolis Valley’s terroir and climate while continuously challenging ourselves to raise the bar on quality.
