In 2007, the Town of Kentville and the Wolfville Farmers Market collaborated to launch the Kentville Farmers Market. In 2011, the market became its own entity after four years of steady and profitable expansion. The Kentville Farmers Market and Community Garden Society presently runs the market, which takes place in Centre Square every summer season from mid-May until mid-October. The Town of Kentville and the Market Board are working together on this project. When the market leaves Centre Square in the autumn, we relocate to a location that can satisfy both the market’s and consumers’ needs. Every autumn, just before the end of the summer season, the site is revealed.
