Real Fake Meats is a vegan butcher business that offers delivery and take-out. All of the food is prepared with love! We are a couple of culinary professionals and plant-based lovers from in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who cook out of the North End. We’re making great plant-based meats, cheeses, and takeout that’s fun to consume. Lauren Marshall is a Culinary Institute of Canada-trained chef and a former Top Chef Canada contestant. Chef Lauren works alongside her great Executive Chef Gwen and skilled workers to create delicious veggie-based meats and cheeses for you to take home and enjoy while she focuses on the operational side of the business.
