
A shortage of locally distilled handmade spirits in Canada spurred Canadian commercial divers Owen Ritchie and Andrew Cameron to formally set out on their mission to produce premium small-batch spirits using the first “legal” stills constructed and put together in the territory. Every bottle produced by the Still Fired Distilleries team is proudly produced with great care and attention to every minute detail. Every process, from fermentation to filtering, is carefully observed to produce the purest, cleanest spirits imaginable.
