Arva Flour Mill, Ontario - Canadian Flour Mill Manufacturers

Arva Flour Mills (1819), on the banks of the Medway Creek in Arva, Ontario, is thought to be the world’s oldest continually working water-powered commercial flour mill.

Unlike most other history mills, we have never stopped operating and continue to create what we believe is “The Best Flour by a Dam Site!”

We make a natural heritage flour with non-GMO wheat sourced from small farms in the area. Our historic roller mills produce heritage flour that is free of preservatives and unwanted commercial ingredients. When you get flour directly from us, you are getting flour that hasn’t been sitting on a shelf or in a warehouse for weeks or months. We are a tiny mill in the true sense of the word.
