Filsinger Organic Foods has been growing organically since 1953, making it one of Canada’s first organic farms. The Canadian Organic Growers gave our founder, Alvin Filsinger, the Lifetime Organic Hero Award for his lifetime of dedication and labour in the organic industry.
We continue to grow apples and pears without the use of chemical herbicides or pesticides in Ayton, Ontario. On the farm, we also perform all of our processing. This guarantees that only the best fruit is utilised in our products.
