Located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Foamcore Mouldings was inspired by a trip that Matt Arnold and his father took to California in 2009 to explore foam moulding technologies. Captivated by the possibilities, they returned to Canada and began crafting foam mouldings from their garage. Their dedication quickly necessitated a transition to a larger space, initiating their journey towards success. In 2017, they moved into an expansive 18,000 square-foot warehouse, expanding their product line to include polyurethane mouldings. Now situated in a 55,000 square-foot facility with over 30 committed team members, Foamcore Mouldings remains dedicated to producing high-quality moulding products in Canada.
