Located in Markham, Ontario, Hatch began its journey years earlier when our founder started roasting coffee by hand while living in West Africa. Established in 2015, we moved into our Roastery and Brewery in Markham, marking the start of our factory. We initially focused on cold brew, anticipating that it would take the longest to develop in the market—and it still does. The early years were challenging for any startup, but we remained committed to our vision. The pivots we made proved to be our strength, allowing us to grow during the pandemic as we continue to prioritize quality, innovation, and experimentation for our valued customers.
