In Tiny, Ontario, Heather Kertzer, a Toronto-born artist, draws inspiration from her extensive travels across Canada and internationally. With a Fine Arts and Geography degree, and a Cartography diploma, she blends artistic expression with her love for the land. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1992, she dedicated herself fully to her art, capturing nature and animals through acrylics and watercolours. Her work, showcased in numerous juried and solo exhibitions, has earned her awards and found homes in collections across Canada, the US, and Europe. She also created pet portraits and recently, a children’s storybook, reflecting her diverse artistic talents.
