Italpasta‘s (established in 1989) storey begins many years earlier, when our founder Joseph Vitale was a small child in his mother’s kitchen in Bari, Italy, and fell in love with food. Our pasta is prepared with 100% Canadian wheat, which is acknowledged as the greatest quality in the world, and is made with love and care by our devoted team of experts right here in Canada.
