Jamie Draves, President and CEO of Katan Kitchens, has a personal and professional interest in the company.
“I had a ‘health crisis’ in 2007 (idiopathic pancreatitis), for which traditional medicine was unable to uncover a reason, treatment, or remedy. I assembled “My Healthcare Team,” a group of 12 health specialists with varied levels of competence and experience. We worked together to create a personal health plan that included a diet that would help my digestion, immune system, and overall health.”
Jamie’s experience working in the pharmaceutical and retail health businesses has allowed him to broaden his understanding of how to’make sense’ of the vast amount of health information available in the public domain. He is adamant about sharing his meals, knowledge, and experience with people who suffer from allergies, intolerances, and/or indigestion.
