Located in Kingston, Ontario, MAC’S Chocolate & Bakeshop is dedicated to the craft of bean-to-bar chocolate making and fine pastries. Our chocolate is made with organic cacao beans, cane sugar, and cacao butter, all sourced from the Dominican Republic and Peru. We pay a premium for these fair-trade beans, ensuring top quality and fair compensation for farmers, supporting their sustainable practices. The beans are hand-sorted, roasted, and stone-ground for up to 60 hours, a process that removes bitterness and enhances the natural flavours. Our single-origin chocolate isn’t blended, offering a true taste of the cacao from each region.
