Niagara Food Specialties, Ontario - Prosciutto Manufactured in Canada

Niagara Food Specialities are artisan makers of traditional Italian salumi in the surrounding area. We make fresh sausage, prosciutto crudo, capocollo, lonza (lombo), guanciale, pancetta, cotechino (“muset”), and custom meat cutting. Custom-made sausage recipes, ‘nduja, Canadian pea meal back loin bacon, breakfast sausage, and fresh salami patties are among our fresh meat items. Niagara Food Specialties sources 3rd party certified naturally raised and humanely treated Ontario pig that is fed only vegetarian feed and is raised without anti-biotics or growth promoters. We also process pork from Ontario that has been certified organic. We request a mature, “heavier” hog from our farmers. Chemicals and preservatives are not used in our whole muscle meats or fresh goods. No phosphates, nitrates, or nitrites are allowed.
