Rivers Edge Goat Dairy are a goat dairy that is environmentally friendly. Farmstead Artisan Cheeses, yoghurt, and slow pasteurized milk are among the products we make. We sell goat meat and pork that has been fed whey. During the summer, our animals graze on pasture, and during the winter, they consume hay produced on our farm. We don’t count our goats in hundreds or thousands; rather, we count them in dozens. We don’t have any large, flashy, new tractors, as we don’t need them in our daily lives. We use less than 400 litres of diesel each year, and our carbon footprint is zero! There are over 25 different cheeses to choose from, many of which are limited in quantity. We do not employ genetically modified organisms (GMOs), but we do understand and appreciate the technology behind them. The provincial government conducts inspections. We fulfil and exceed expectations.
