We at Sheldon Creek Dairy believe in living a traditional life while yet being inspired by current ideas. We work hard to ensure that our community has access to healthy milk. Sheldon Creek Dairy is unique in that we produce and bottle our milk entirely on our farm, ensuring that customers receive the freshest product available. We opened Sheldon Creek Dairy in 2012, where we make whole milk, yogurt, kefir, 45 percent cream, and other products from the milk of our purebred Holstein herd. Many cheesemakers use our whole milk to manufacture their products. Our milk is ideal for making cheese because it is non-homogenized, minimally pasteurised, and contains 4% butter fat. Our whole milk is available in 2L and 4L plastic jugs.
