Drake Merritt and Nigel Inglis, our brewers at Upper Thames Brewing Company, make our beer in tiny batches in-house. We use high-quality, locally sourced ingredients from all throughout Ontario in our brews. The Tavistock Hop Company (Tavistock, Ontario), Barn Owl Malt (Belleville, Ontario), and BSG are some of our ingredient providers (Guelph, Ontario). In Oxford County, this is by far the freshest, best-tasting, unfiltered, preservative-free beer available. Come in and experience the difference!
