Located in Stratford, Prince Edward Island, Carma’s Glass have been crafting glass products for 30 years. Initially focused on stained glass, we gradually shifted our attention to creating original Dichroic Fused Glass Jewelry. Dichroic glass features multiple micro-layers of metals or oxides on its surface, resulting in a shimmering jewel-tone appearance after kiln-firing. This unique glass transmits and reflects different colours, which change depending on the viewing angle. Our jewelry is made by layering hand-cut pieces of art glass and dichroic glass, then firing them in a kiln at approximately 1500 degrees until they fuse into the desired shape, enhancing their beauty.
