Island Stoneware‘s handcrafted stoneware, unlike delicate china, is designed for everyday use. Made with a unique clay blend, it’s microwave, oven, table, and dishwasher safe. Each piece is carefully crafted in our Summerside, PEI studio using wheel or slab construction, with slight variations in size, color, and shape adding to its individual charm. Inspired by PEI’s landscape, history, and maritime heritage, our glazes, styles, and decorations reflect the island’s character. Our potters create both contemporary and traditional pieces, encouraging mix-and-match settings for a truly unique dining experience.
