Located in Gatineau, Québec, Plantaform was founded in 2019 with a vision for sustainable living from the comfort of our homes. As global citizens, we recognised the urgent need for a more reliable food source in light of overpopulation, climate change, and the diminishing availability of agricultural land. Food security is projected to be humanity’s foremost challenge in the next 20 years. This awareness inspired a team of environmentally conscious engineers, scientists, and entrepreneurs to establish Plantaform in Canada’s capital region. Our mission is to empower consumers worldwide to drive the transition to a sustainable food system through innovative solutions that benefit our planet.
